Nutritional Facts Of Hard Boiled Egg White

Eggs must not be abandoned entirely. Many are afraid of the bad cholesterol. But this is unnecessary, because the cholesterol content in the food plays a very small role in the regulation of blood lipids. Important in this context are the genetic predisposition and a high fat diet. Researchers even go so far in this area and claim that many people could eat as many eggs as you want without having to harm their health.

Animal fats are much worse

Scientists have found that saturated fatty acids have a much greater effect on blood cholesterol than the cholesterol in our food. Saturated fats are mostly found in cheese, fatty meat and other animal fats. Addition, there are physical activity, obesity, and the fiber content of foods have an effect on cholesterol levels.

An egg contains:

Biologically valuable protein that is highly digestible. The human body can use this protein to almost 100 %. The protein content in egg yolk is higher than in the egg whites.
Fat, which is abundant only in traces, in the egg yolk in the egg whites, however.
The fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. Vitamin A is the most important vitamin in the egg. It ensures that the eye remains elastic, the iris adapts well to light and darkness and we see better at night.
The water-soluble B vitamins Vitamin B1 is required in carbohydrate metabolism and is important for the function of the nerve cells. Vitamin B2 acts among others in protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism and is essential for cellular respiration. Folic acid is contained in the yolk.
The minerals calcium, phosphorus and iron in the yolk and sodium and potassium in the egg white
Cholesterol, which is present exclusively in the egg yolk

The egg contains about 280 mg of cholesterol . Cholesterol in the body fulfills important tasks as:

Building block of any cell of the body
Basis for hormone and vitamin D formation
Base material of the bile acids that are required for the digestion of fat

The body can form cholesterol itself and is therefore not dependent on the supply of the food. However, we take our food more cholesterol than recommended: According to the recommendation of the German Nutrition Society (DGE) should not exceed the daily intake of 300 mg of cholesterol. Approximately 64 % of men and 34% of women, however, exceed by results of the National Nutrition Survey II this benchmark for cholesterol.

Calories in an egg white depend on the various weight classes of eggs. At least we have seen with certainty before on the packaging. The standardized weight classes S , M, L and XL are used for small to very large eggs :

Small eggs weigh less than 53 grams ,
The average egg weighs 53-63 grams ,
The large L egg 63-73 grams
And the very large egg weighs about 73 grams.

A normal egg – and we’re talking, of course, from the egg – that weighs 53-73 grams. This weight is for the calorie content, so has an egg, of course not negligible. A little egg has fewer calories than a large one. Hard boiled egg white calories depend on the size of the egg.

Eating Egg has many benefits, it is recommended to eat eggs daily to stay fit
